Dr. Callahan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at the University of Alabama College of Dentistry, with honors. Dr. Callahan received his Post Doctorate certificate in orthodontics after completing a 3-year residency program at the University of Alabama. He also received his Masters of Science at that time.

Carrying on a family tradition …Although Dr.Shehee is on the verge of Retirement
and not in office as often, here is a little about the man who started it all !
“I was literally born into Dentistry. My dad is a former family dentist, and my mom was a dental hygienist. I was actually born while my mom was taking the Florida boards for dental hygiene. I always felt dentistry was an ideal job for me – getting to talk with people of all ages all day long, helping them have a smile they love to show off. The only thing better is being an orthodontist. I get to straighten teeth and boost self-esteem all day. Nothing makes me smile more than watching my patients’ faces light up when they see just how fun braces can be.
I have been a part of the Pensacola community since 1981, so my patients are my friends and neighbors. I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than helping improve the community for my family, friends, and neighbors. I love being able to give my patients the latest treatments. With my extensive involvement in professional associations, my patients can rest assured they’ll always get the most up-to-date, comfortable care.”
Dr. Shehee received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville. Dr. Shehee completed his two additional years of orthodontic specialty training and received a Master’s Degree and a Certificate in Orthodontics from West Virginia University. He has been serving the Pensacola community since 1981. Dr. Shehee has been married to his wife, Angie, for almost 48 years. They have 4 adult children and 17 grandchildren. When he is not in the office, Dr. Shehee enjoys working on his cattle farm and spending time with family.

Leslie joined Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in 2011. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Coastal Carolina Community College in 2002. Leslie meets all new patients with the doctor and discusses all recommended treatment options in detail, from start to finish, and helps patients understand their fees and payment options. Leslie also assists chairside when needed. She feels blessed to work with such great co-workers and doctors, and considers her patients to be her extended family. Leslie and her husband, Jason, are originally from Pensacola, but they moved out of state in 1998 because Jason was in the Marines. In 2010, they returned home. They have 3 kids and one dog, and they enjoy any type of outdoor activities.
Haley joined the team at Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in July 2018. After she graduated from the University of West Florida, later becoming a certified Orthodontic assistant. Haley is also an instructor at In His Steps Christian Dance Studio. She is married to Christian and welcomed their son Baylor in Late 2024. They love hanging on the beach, going on adventures, and being surrounded by family and friends. Haley was a previous patient of Dr. Shehee and Dr. Callahan and had a great Smile transformation, so she now loves being able to connect with patients and helping in the process of transforming their smiles!
Pam has been working for Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics since December 2000, and she thinks that our practice is an awesome place to work! She really enjoys working with her patients and their families, which, for Pam, makes being here so nice! She has a wonderful husband, Lance, and a grown son, Joey. They also have five dogs (crazy!).
Amberly joined our amazing team back in 2019. She was a previous patient at Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics. After seeing the transfomation of her own smile, it inspired her to help others achieve the same beautiful results. The best part of her job is being able to educate patients and see their confidence shine through their smiles! She is patient, kind, and a hard team worker. When not working she enjoys spending time with her little one outside doing something fun!
Tascha was born and raised locally in Pensacola, Florida. She attended Pensacola High School and became a certified orthodontic assistant in 1999. Tascha joined Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in 2017. She is married to Bobby and they have 6 beautiful children and 13 amazing grandchildren! What Tascha loves most about her work is meeting new patients and watching their personalities grow throughout treatment. She adores her patients and loves helping our orthodontists create beautiful smiles.
Rylee was born and raised in Pensacola. After Graduating, Rylee Joined the practice in August of 2022. Rylee is also a dance instructor at In His Steps and enjoys teaching the next generation of dancers how to dance for and with the Lord. She loves working at a place that is so friendly and kind to everyone, she enjoys seeing and meeting all new faces! In her spare time you can find her at the beach with friends or playing with her three dogs!
Cindy has been with our team since 1993. She is a retired Dental Hygienist and works hard to keep our schedule, patients, and doctors on track. She loves the family-oriented atmosphere of our office and the close relationships that form between our team members. Cindy is married with 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. She enjoys cooking, shopping, and going to our beautiful beach nearby.
Jennifer has been a part of the team at Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics since 2019. She is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College and has been in the medical field since 2006. Jennifer is married to her childhood neighbor and they share 3 children, 2 dogs, and a cat! They love spending their family time doing anything Disney related, especially spending time at the Parks whenever they can. Jennifer’s favorite thing about working at Shehee and Callahan is the fun, family environment between the staff and patients.
